At Warner Bros. Discovery, Shelley guided TLC powerhouses including 90 Day: The Single Life, 1000 Lb. Roomies, The Family Chantel, and Doubling Down with the Derricos. She oversaw every stage of production — from concept and casting through delivery and post-production — and played a key role in elevating the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, helping TLC secure its position as the #1 non-sports cable network in 2024. Her leadership also extended to brand partnerships, managing ad sales integrations with Disney, Wayfair, and Sherwin Williams while ensuring projects consistently delivered on time and within budget.
Shelley’s portfolio spans networks such as VH1, MTV, Food Network, WE tv, and Discovery+, with credits that include Love & Hip Hop: New York, Black Ink Crew (a franchise she built from the ground up), How Far Is Tattoo Far?, Kitchen Crash, Generation Drag, and the acclaimed docuseries The Rise and Fall of LuLaRoe.

As Executive Producer at FairShare, she has led high-profile branded and social impact campaigns for JetBlue, iRobot, the NYC Mayor’s Office/Democracy NYC, and Project Lyme. These projects have earned major industry recognition including a Gold ANA Award and a Shorty Social Good Award and delivered measurable impact, from boosting voter participation in BIPOC communities to generating 22 million organic impressions for healthcare workers during the pandemic.
